Currency and Payment

All prices and payments on our store are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card or payment account uses another currency, your payment provider may convert the amount and may charge a currency conversion or international transaction fee.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through our available fulfillment locations based on the product, destination, and inventory availability. Some products may be fulfilled from our U.S. inventory for faster domestic delivery.

Depending on the destination and available delivery service, packages may be delivered by Amazon Logistics or another supported carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to supported addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Australia.

Some remote areas, overseas territories, military addresses, PO boxes, and restricted regions may not be eligible for delivery. Available destinations are determined by the address entered at checkout. If your address is not accepted at checkout, delivery is currently unavailable to that location.

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery time varies by destination, fulfillment location, carrier availability, and customs processing.

For products shipped from our U.S. inventory to U.S. addresses, delivery is typically estimated at 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International orders may take longer due to customs clearance and local delivery conditions. When available, an estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout or provided with your tracking information after dispatch.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order. HRIOYAN is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported address information.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or tracking indicates that it may be lost, please contact us at support@hrioyan.com with your order number. We usually respond within 24 hours and will help review the shipment status with the fulfillment or delivery provider.
