We currently ship to selected countries and regions. Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout.

Some remote areas, islands, military addresses, or restricted regions may not be eligible for delivery.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available for eligible destinations shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, availability, and local delivery conditions.

For U.S. orders, selected products may arrive within approximately 3–5 business days, while other orders may require approximately 8–15 business days.

For international orders, estimated delivery is generally 8–15 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@hrioyan.com.

We will do our best to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

International Orders
